Forgot the film title?

me and my sister watched a film about 9 years ago on channel 4 or 5 it was about a couple that got stranded in the snow, the woman was pregnant and went into labour on a blizzard, it is based on a true story they had sevear frost bite on there feet and became disabled please help me find the name of this film!!!!! the last scene the couple where in wheel chairs holding the baby i would really appreciate it if you could help me find it!!!!!
