Where can I find a BMX style bike with a foot brake?

With the pedal brake it's impossible to pedal backwards without stopping. Something to consider if you are going to ride park BMX with this bike. What do you mean by straight handle bars? Like cross country flat bars? BMX bars are typically shaped with a \_/ shape in the middle. Also, a BMX bike isn't going to be able to tear it up in the woods. The wheels are too small to roll over any type of rock or log, plus they have no suspension to absorb any bumps so you are going to feel everything. If you really want a pedal brake I suggest that you buy a regular BMX bike and then find a hub with pedal brakes.
