Why are White organizations racist but not other races?

Why are white organizations racist, but not black, Arabic, Latino, etc? We see it everyday, but it seems like there are none directed towards whites? A guy was talking about how he was in the Arabic festival, when I said I should make a white festival. Immediately all the Arabic and a black guy jumped on me stating that such an event would be completely racist? Everyday I see black activist and people accusing everyday actions being racist, even though to claim that these actions were racist are only racist in themselves. So why don't whites act on these hypocrites, because its starting to get annoying.
