I lost both keys for my kryptonite bike locks and they're stuck on my bike.?

I bought a kryptonite evolutions series 4 U-shaped bike lock and put it on my bike. I lost the key and now it is stuck just below the handlebars. I then bought a flexible kryptonite lock and the key fell off while I was biking to work. Now both locks are stuck near my handlebars and I don't know how to get them off. Please offer any suggestions at to how I can get them off.
