Has my labor already begun (i hope)?

ok so heres the the thing, i am due july 7th. and at my last apt. (last week) i was dialated to a 2, and i yesterday had diarhea (i know TMI) and also had what i thought might have been the real contractions but it turns out it was just false labor. and i have been nesting alot and have alot of pelvic pressure. so do you think that my labor has begun or will begin like very very soon. ps, i have already lost my plug awhile back as well, thanks
