How long after pubic bone pain are you likely to go into labor? Is it related?

My next doctors visit isn't until next week so I want to ask those who have or have had sever pubic pain when you walk or even just sitting down if labor followed shortly after. I'm just curious. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and getting anxious. What was your experience?
