How much would it cost to convert my road bike to a fixed gear?

I've done almost everything that I can do myself, such as removing the back brake, removing the shifters, de-railer, chain tensioner, etc. All I need to do is have a fixed gear hub installed, put on a single speed chain, and put on new handlebar grip where I took it off to remove the rear brake lever. About how much would those items cost (I don't want to buy the cheapest, crappiest stuff there is, but I'm not trying to spend tons for high end parts either). Would most bike shops be able to help me with this?
