Old Firestone Speed Cruiser II Bike - Sell as-is? or Part out?

I have an old Firestone Speed Cruiser II women's bike. Circa 1960's? All original stock parts. It has quite a bit of rust on the rims & frame etc. The chrome handlebars are fairly rust free & the fenders could be polished up nicely as there isn't too much rust on them either. The chain is rusty but could be restored with a couple hours work & some soaking. There is the Firestone emblem/badge, the Bendix rear hub, kick stand, the tires are also original Firestone tires, holding air, but cracks on the sides. I don't have the expertise, time or money to restore it myself, but I could take it apart & sell each piece or should I just sell it as-is to someone who wants to restore it? What do ya think?
