Pregnant guinea pig - milk has just come through a little - how long till labour?

First time ive owned a pregnant guinea pig (adopted her pregnant) and her belly is huge and the babies move heaps! today her nipples looked red and when you touched them a bit of milk came out. has anyone experienced this? Do you know how long till she will go into labour?
