When a President sets a new deportation record, does that mean that laws are being enforced or not?

we can only hope that our next president will do the right thing and deport all illegals.with all illegals out what would are unemployment drop to? can you imagine the construction jobs,food service manufacturing,landscaping etc,etc,etc jobs that would open up for Americans.
