37w 2d pregnant. fingertip dialated with mild preeclampsia on bed rest.....?

I have high blood pressure so I was put on bedrest...im almost 38 weeks and my doc is against inducing me. Im a fingertip dialaated and 70% effaced...being on bed rest is there anything I can do to make labor progress a little faster?? Thanks
