Am i going into labor?

im 34 wks and 5 days pregnant and ive been having mild stomach cramps that feel a little worse than period cramps but still hurt. the baby has dropped and feels like shes pushing down pretty hard! and ive also been really sick to my stomach for the past week but i dont know if i should call the doctor or just wait until my doctors appt. What should i do?
