I was pretty secure with being a surgeon, but i need help with choosing a career?

It sounds to me like you need to explore your options a bit more. Don't worry about not having a plan right now -- you have plenty of time to explore the options that are out there. From your description, it seems that a career in one of the many fields of business might be most appropriate for you. Medicine is a huge lifestyle commitment, and if you are not passionate about it, it's likely not the right field for you. I recommend that you some some volunteer work or get an internship to find out what kinds of industries might be most exciting to you.
