Why do my bmx handlebars turn on thier own?

so i recently fell of my bike and now the handlebars or the tire im not sure which one turn on their own its fine when i am controlling it but if i take both my hand off the handlebars while riding the tire turn right how could i fix this (note: never fixed a bike in my life only a puncture)
